CEO gone forcefully resigned. 12. New boss MD son new director. As traditional pattern follow .. 200$ cr company. 13.No growth or appraisal. 14. Direct terminations no warning, pregnant women no policy⚠️ 15. No posh committees or rules only members on website listed. 16.No medical policy for employees. 17.company goes on as per list. 18. Paisa dete bmc clearance kaa for all grievances. 19. pf deduction from employees for both side.

Dislike gross company ever. Third Class then even crisil listed BBB how God knows! Advice to Management: Nothing. A complete waste of time... Michhami Dukkadam! ;)

...ry good and supportive management - Growth opportunity is very good - Employees are treated as a family member here - Salary is on time every time - You get lot of things to learn here and enhance your skills - Timely promotions and increments are for sure - Work culture is very good, not at all toxic

Mangal credit and fincorp is my first company, here i saw effective team with good value and a great work culture, they are helpful and encouraging, never hesitating to offer support. As a digital marketing executive, i got to work closely with talented team & served as an incredible mentor to me. Overall, mangal company is a fantastic place to work

I don't find a single bad thing about this company, i know it's hard to believe but i can't hide truth.

It's working style is just like a "Kirana" Store, Management is not professional at all, even they don't know what is professionalism.

Confused management, nobody knows what to do ? Each and everyone just pass on the work.
