Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. HR has organised some special game and other events on each n every festival. appraisal are not much but giving bonus on every year.

...of work load due to work pendency and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is there but salary is not decent.

- Office IN time is fixed but leaving time not fixed ( if your target not achieved you have to seat till 9 o'clock) - unhygienic washroom ( don't provide tissues & hand wash) - Bad Hr team ( always seen unnecessary deduction in staff's salary). - old staffs are not good ( harrassing new staff) - every where seen partiality by HOD

...ment is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Manba is very fraud company they not value old employees gives so many burdan of works and gives less Salary . And new employees they provides more Salary without any verification. Manager and staff was very bad not dont having manners how to taik management was also useless not any Support

The disbursement manager is always understanding, and the work may support.

Dislikes

Late seating for girls has been kept till 11.30, and if you keep late seating, then keep the security of the girls. /Computer hangs a lot
