...ood atmosphere with all employees and all HOD s will helpus to grow our carrier.but due to covid salary appraisal were kept in hold.remaining all are satisfied and they are providing 50%salary this lockdown period.

Well to be frank I find alot of unnecessary politics in the company the only thing I am upset about is that I miss working with the GM at because he is my mentor comming to during COVID-19 yes they paid me for march 2020 full salary and while I was stuck in hyderabad without any support from the company for 4 months I had to survive on that 1 months salary.

The dirty politics, and the food for the staff is not at all healthy. And the main management doesnt support during the COVID-19 and the salaries are delayed everytime.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
