Company is running like a proprietary concern. No job security and your salary can be on hold anytime for no reason. No proper product policy, process flow related to work. You can be transferred to any part of India anytime without proper notice. Major part of the salary will be taken back by company itself in the form of panality. Employees are not even allowed to raise complaints regarding any of these issues.

It's a good company good incentive given and salary given and every year bonus also given.

It's very toff to new joining employees because there is no training to employees all training BH given to employees and any issue is there not solved immediately.

...anagement is politics. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Taking risks and also a Less salary only 10k in hand and almost salary is deducted. And their is no incentive and no holidays even in festivals like ramzan , dewali branch must be open and no timing rules need work from 9.30 to 8pm . And also no compensation for petrol allowence . Please don't join to this company never ever.
