In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience. All management and higher officials fraudstars.

One thing that i liked about manappuram finance limited is that the company pays salary in time to the employees.

... very poor,even after achiving the target higher authorities do not appriciates.Especially managers are getting incentives directly to their salary account but staffs are not getting incentives to their account. And after knowing this thing not a single higher authority speaks about this thing,where work is divided between employees but not the incentives.

They credit the salary on every month 1st date, Entry level person (in branch) more comfortable, no work pressure, yearly a good incentive get around 35k

...emotion or other state transfer. SUNDAY IS WORKING DAT. All leaves are canceled. Salary Cutting and Marketing Bill and Auction Commision all employees even companies uigh official also. If report all high official get back to you.

Transfer Policy, Without taking confirmation a empolyee transfer from 800 kms in single month three times. Jodhpur Region empolyee doing other employees bearing this consequences. No TA and BATA Allowance is provided,if exact mention every Time cutting.

management isn't good. Everyday new business policies issue that's affects salary deduction of all employee. No any facility provided.. salary increment low. No safety and security to employees.. in covid situation they are not supported to anyone. Much more things to say
