Nothing, the company only gives priority to customers only not for employees. And this is very risky job.

The job is very risky. Employees are not getting enough salary and not getting sufficient travel allowance. If u travel for company purpose, suppose ur travel expense was Rs. 500 the company only give you Rs. 100. My designation was as a probationary officer but my job was as a gold appraiser and as cashier.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management in transparent.AThere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for company Policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No women safety no job security there is no security guard even any employee did mistake they are only take action against branch head .if there is any theft incident happen they aren't take any serious Ness against thief only take action on innocent branch head
