Rules and regulation Not giving proper salary No job security Till now I didn't get the releaving letter from the company. My last working day was 30th September 2024 along with 3 months of notice period.

...te my studies immediately I was joined this company ...it is very secure job ...and good salary.. every year bonus.....but I was felt I resigned my job ... reason of my helth issue..no chance to rejoin ...if any chance I joined again to do work in Manappuram tnqq soo much

Very worst this company not informed work transfer properly and salary properly not credited in employee account workers not supported in Manappuram company overall this company waste

It's a good company good incentive given and salary given and every year bonus also given.

It's very toff to new joining employees because there is no training to employees all training BH given to employees and any issue is there not solved immediately.

...anagement is politics. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
