1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3. New joined employee can't take any leave for 1year. 4. No security guard has provided to the branch.

There is many problems in manappuram Finance. 1.They don't pay salary properly. 2.They don't gives incentives 3.supervisors they don't give respect to employees and mostly they use bad language. 4. Supervisors they don't let you close the branch evening after 7pm if given Target not reached. 5. Some times I went to my home 9 pm i worked 12 hours. 6.The most essential fact is no one is honest here. This kind of worst company i ever saw in my life.😟 I don't suggest to join in this company, its worst experience i had. There is strictly do morning punch before 10 am if you get late for 3 days in a month you will get 1 LOP and you have to complete exams if you are not completed then you will get evening exit block if HR team not regularize it you will get LOP in this case i got 9 LOP s in a month. 7. Some times they tell you to do duty on Sunday too

This kind of worst company i ever saw in my life. I worked 28 days and i got 5k salary it shows 12 LOPs for not completion of madu exams. HR team is not responding, supervisors also not responding not giving appropriate solution. Now I am suffering a lot.

1.Big disadvantage is company not provide the full salary even if you work excellent. They will deduct by the name of staff account, No one knows about the staff account, If your call to the HR department they don't tell you properly they speak very rudely. 2.They is no respect to the branch employees. AH, RM and HR department will treats like a dog. 3. After more than 1 year, If you resign they will impose some staff account which is more than 5k. Even if your completed the notice period properly 4. I was completed the notice period properly even though they imposed 6k staff account, They are saying you should pay 6k compulsory then only you will get the experience letter. This kind of company I never saw before any where.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
