Good working environment and culture .here the management centerlise all power and diction making process so problem solving process is very slow, company can't invest in research and development process so innovation new things doesn't come.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. But salary give at proper time,but in covid 19 situation company cut salary .
