-Benefit package is relatevely less compared with similar NGOs - merit salary increment policy when MSH works with other NGO eg. During working with KNCV. MSH doesn't not follow either its policy or KNCV policy .

We formed a very good team evolving in a perfect all the mode had cultivated the spirit of listening and specially the capacity to receive the feedback even if it was hard. There was mutual respect, there was a lot of innovation. As an institution there is no problem but I believe that each had done its best to keep the unity of the organization and specially to achieve the objectives od the project, i speak of project LMS, PROSANI and PROSANI Plus more than MSH drove in DR Congo and we were among the first employees in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation.

Dislikes

The salary conditions are good but this growth is slow sometimes uniform not taking into account thes studies done and the experience, sometimes we can believe in a subjective effect. there are periods when the work is intense one exceeds 10 to 12 hours a day. innexistance of real training on the job and sometimes have is forced self expense even to be on page.
