It's service based company with job need to finish in given hours. Need to sign 2 year bond which can be extended. For some department it's still management centric work approach then employees centric.

1.Salary package of PGET & GET are better than experienced engineers.

Dislikes

1. No Standard PayScale & Designation available. 2. 1 Year experienced engineer is also assistant manager & 5 years experience is also the same. Same experience people in team have higher salary. 3.Bond policy is pathetic. 2 years bond (12lacs) and no retention bonus. 4.Micro Management.

Join as GET so no work for 2 years. No need to work or perform for the job security, only you need to join as reference of family member from departmental head

Experience and work performance is not counted for the promotions and salary. Organization don't have standard structure of salary and positions. Hr head don't have standard structure of salary and position. 2 years of bond is compulsory...by giving false information of germany travels for the training. Not good company to join for the experience

...to this company celebrates Christmas on very large scale in other part of world. Huge disparity of salary. Looks like HR is distrubuting salaries with help of dice. TLs enforce to WFO permanently although company has hybrid work policy.
