School infrastructure is good and teachers are hard working. Actually you have to work like an Ox if you want to survive

If you're going to start work in this school , remember: You won't get any personal time for yourself, as the work load is so much , that on most days you'll be working on - stop from 7:30 in morning to 11 at night , even then there is no end to work . Parents and teachers call or message at any random time , sometimes 1:30 at night as well , and if you don't respond, they complain. When I talked about this to the principal, she simply put me in the wrong saying you should have known that teaching is a 24*7 job , so there is nothing like work life balance The staff which has been working in that school for long play dirty politics, and play their "earning points in seniors view" game . They do backbiting and what not. The school barely gives any time to take proper classes for academics , cuz almost 3 days a week ( btw the school is 5 day for students) there is one activity or function or other . Even teachers mostly remain engrossed in preparing for activities or special day events or functions most of the time . And if you're not able to complete syllabus on time ( for which you're not even given expected time , and they want that you also show students videos , do hands on activities, worksheets , lab manuals and what not in that minimum time as well) parents and teachers literally start making your life hell Parent's there are considered god's . They are literally given free hand in coming to school every second day and shout and make chaos and threaten the teacher for petty things . Sometimes students lie to their parents about something if a teachers reprimands them for a mistake , and the parents literally come in groups ( groupism in parents is literally so common there , sometimes they behave like literal goons ) and complaint and shout against that teacher . And authority simply expels the teacher if you're new after 2-3 such complaints. And let me tell you , you just can't avoid these " complaints even if you're doing everything right . Bcz you can't please everyone everytime. So job threat is a literal issue. Regarding staybacks , since their are so many activities and functions in school , they make teachers stay till 5-6pm for work , and on certain special functions teachers are even made to stay till 12 midnight . Forget that someone will listen and do something if you're facing any problem. You're for yourselves, bcz it's a nepotism school, where the principal and senior management are son and daughter in law of the school's previous owner . I can't even list all the reasons and ways in which your mental health will be affected after working in this school, I literally used to have nightmares even 6 months after leaving this school. But if you have thick skin and can navigate through the complex ecosystem of this school, go for it , Best of luck .
