Mamsys has given excellent opportunity in terms of career growth, skill development & overall personality development. Job security is the main reason to choose Mamsys as my career.

Compensation is decent but there are some room for improvement in terms of work life balance.

They had good sources of data to work.

Dislikes

Management from mamsys wants that employees works for free and they even don't want to pay there employees, for first of month when employees join they don't pay for that, and some employees change there company at that time they stops salary and all bonus and incentives. They hardly gives bonus and incentives which is being earned by employees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There's a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign. On the job training you can learn multiple technical skills.
