Work culture is bad, some seniors always try to escape work despite they take more salary than juniors and expect juniors only to do their work, no use of lodging complaint to hod who s biased towards seniors n department, worst salary, no timely increment, no benefits

working with malla Reddy narayanan Multispicatly hospital its a personal experience where i working with senior and experienced doctors, about this hospital it is where affordable for all category patients, there is care consent especially the managing director of malla Reddy narayanan Multispicatly hospital and malla Reddy health city is Down to earth MD.Dr.Bhadra Reddy sir ,and Dr.preethi Reddy madam and not but lest our Honourable Minister of telagana state , & labour minister of telagan. The management is very supportive and listens to the doctors problems at regular intervals, provides all the latest equipment that is requested for, all our teammates are highly skilled and qualified, very supportive & helpful.

The administration is slowly taking over from medical personals to non-medical people who don't have any idea about how a hospital functions...

Likes

Management gives lot of respect and value to the senior doctors.. Very Good colleagues to work with, well equipped with latest equipment. Provides transportation also unlike others.

Dislikes

It's location is far away from the city.
