Response from the management is veryy poor. Salaries are not equivalent to our positions.

Company is good with Friendly & Family atmosphere. Job Security is Good unless you make an blunder mistake. Salaries are paid regularly on 5 th of every month directly in to your account, Academic activity is regular , Attendance is very strict ,They have employed full timer staff unlike other colleges like Honorary or Mci to Mci inspection. Ambience is excellent. Colleagues are good and cooperative. Staff Quarters are semi furnished with good facilities. Every thing is near by for shopping.Campus is magnificent , Work environment is good, Library is excellent with digital Library.

Dislikes

Due to political involvement of Management Mci Inspections are so frequent that you will not be able to cope up with Departmental work. Always you have to be on Toes because of this management do not allow us to avail our leaves.
