As it's a real estate company there's all about the land,houses, apartments,villas etc. And with the civil background for a fresher this is the best platform to gain the experience about the market and also sales.

Dislikes

Salary is decent and also the growth is slow. No employee benefits, and week off's.

Dislikes

1) No Job Security we don't know when can they layoff employees. 2) There is no work life balance. Even on sundays we need to work. Initially they will agree leaves but they will not allow to take leaves also. full month you need to work. 3)
