Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

My head office at subash nagar all site near at office first 5month I was working at subash nagar my daily routine 6 site construction quality layout planning exevation matirel report maisurment with marketing any site activities was storage my mind and more creat any probs dear sir, madam one day say boss kuljeet day tomorrow you shift at greaternoida your salary increase 25000/thousand the g.noida site is hotel project all structure i have done worked with plaster and all so one day i say sir please give me a leave of noida site is this daily up down 120 km i have no balance energy dear sir and madam you understand my situation thanks kuljeet singh (site engineer)

5 formen working on sites and two person working last 2-3 year one formen was staying at kalka ji alone he knowing construction but he is ladla that's reality no further future I'm 22 year hard practice of construction field I know every abcd of civil works my experience delhi metro.dlf.my father teaching my personal hardwork ( i want just jis din ak aisa insaan mil jaye jha mai upni future ko daikh saku kyoki ak exident nai mere haath mai sirf 15-20 saal hai thanks
