...worked here for 2 years and 7 months in regulatory affairs for medical products. Here are some observations from my experience: Initial Performance-Based Hike: During the first year, salary hikes are provided based on performance, which is appreciated. Long Working Hours: Be prepared to work extra hours as needed. Management Structure: This is primarily an HR-managed company, and there is limited managerial support. HR Permissions: For work-related requests, you must seek approval from HR, which can slow down certain processes. Office Conditions: On the third floor, the AC often malfunctions, and no alternatives have been provided to address the discomfort. Delayed Hikes in the Second Year: In the second year, hikes tend to be postponed without clear communication from HR. Lack of Response from HR: Emails and inquiries related to salary increases often go unanswered, and managers appear unable to assist with these issues. Pending Full and Final Settlement: I resigned on May 9, 2024, and as of now, I still haven’t received my full final payment. Seek Insight from Former Employees: Before joining the healthcare sector at MakroCare, I recommend speaking with current or former employees to get more insights. Ask Relevant Questions: Don’t forget to ask these questions to senior employees at the company to understand the workplace dynamics better.

It is good for fresher, they can learn work. Heavy work load, lack of seniors, they won't give salary hikes properly. some times they recognise the work hard people.some time no job security. But it good place for learning for freshers.

Working late nights, No proper salary hikes, when we work on late nights they won't provide cab.

...mely talented and skillfull, but management is really bad! They pay very less... Expect salary cuts during this time. Work OT have your salary half

No proper planning or do they follow process. Make resources work over time. Pay is very less compared to market standards Old technologies and no career development

Give Opportunity when I have critical position, and here i have very little scope to learn or explore the things...For fresher's it's good place to learn.. all round exposure gaurented

...a break and u need to compensate that time...For months 1hr of lags acceptable..More than 60 mints leads to loss of pay. They won't pay you what your previous organisation paying...They will bargain 1 lack less than your current CTC. In house equipment also not sofecticated.. Probably they buy those when they started this company.

Learning and skill development. They are the only company who are giving opportunities for freshers and giving on job trainings. I am really enjoying my tenure with this company.

Need more seniors to guide.
