There is lot of politics and no one focus on work. Salary delayed by 2-3 months. Work culture not good, specially for female candidate. They bound to candidate to give resign without their will. Exit policies are not good. KRA not specified. Hire fire culture on top.

Fraud company they want drawing your last company (clutch Experience person). Interview nautanki like a ISRO. Finalised the person after complete all interview round. No response and told that position is hold.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
