Team actively encourage to come with the solution for engineering problems. Myself felt very good opportunity as a starting point of my job and learned the basic principles of mechanical engineering. Which we are not able to learn in collages.

Too much politics in the company and toxic environment, manager and team lead's are stupid not having a common sense to talk with the employee, they treat employee like a worker and unsafe place for female employees, don't have any policy for the female staff.
