It's the worst company ever. They change and make their own rules. Salary never be on time. Employees have to call each other to check if anyone gets the salary. Why does this company still exist?

I have been working with the organization since a year now, the Management is kind, understanding, work culture is relaxing, fixed shift with fixed off, no overtime. i must say that its an Employee Centric Organisation.
