...rily. - They support Kids Education and Personal Development with 1 time or 1.5 time of the monthly gross salary which is apart from our CTC. I have worked in 3 Corporate Companies but i havent seen this benefit anywhere. - Health Insurance is at its best.

- Genuienly i have no dislikes. - Shift time was 6:30 AM IST - 3:30 PM IST but this is also changed now to General Shift which is 8:30 AM IST - 5:30 PM IST.

...er period of time. The employee strength has increased 3 times in the past 1 yr. The salary credits on time (28th of every month) They provide free pick up & drop, breakfast, lunch to all its employees and even sending b'day cakes to employee's house. Thumbs Up.

I worked in 2 other companies before Majulah InfoTech. Compared to that I have no negatives/dislikes with Majulah InfoTech.

Freshers: Really good place for freshers to start their career for both Knowledge and Salary (A comparatively good package than Top MNCs) Experience: Great Learning Opportunities and good company to stick around for a long time. Latest technologies to work with the DOT Net Core framework Good Work-Life Balance Benefits: 1. Kids Education policy (1 to 1.5 times of salary per year) for all employees apart from CTC. 2. Food Allowance 3. Travel Allowance 4. Daily unlimited Snacks and Fruits 5. Medical Insurance 6. Play Area (No Time restriction) Overall: I have been here for almost 2 years and I see the following things, 1. Supportive HR and Managers 2. No Micro Management 3. Good Appraisal/Hike 4. Proper Designation Change Policy 5. Retention Bonus 6. Job Security and so on
