Only yearly bonus which is paid diligently

Dislikes

Everything apart from bonus payment. Pathetic company to work with. Lack of trust and empathy, directionless, too much beauraucracy, politics, favourisim biasness, no growth plans, lack of security. Management and leadership team is damn pathetic having all above qualities. Nothing positive observed. If someone is looking for opportunities in market then suggest to keep this organisation as your last pick.

Appraisal process feels very biased. Don’t see much professional growth. No praises or recognition of achievements. Not all the profiles are have a chance to display the work achievements to the management and the immediate reporting manager is responsible for the teams appraisal.

Office space isn't great. HR/Finance team is very unprofessional. Short and strict delivery deadlines. No additional Benefits apart from insurance. No at office lunch availability.
