...ops only 3 laptops in a team of 20 people is provided which is very bad ratio. No hike even if companies profits released were so high and all higher management expect 0 defect count for support activity when growth in terms of package is 0 Company appraisal cycle is too much demanding from resource and in return the growth is 0 from last 2 years 19-20 and now growth in 21 will be effective from July 2021 which again another half year delay.

Basic salary components pay very less than other. Basic salary components shuld be more so which get more benifits for employee PF contribution . PF contribution of company is less because of less basic salary
