Company is not at all paying their salary to their Employees.. Including deducted PF.. Shut and Opening their bussiness operation in TamilNadu for the third time.. Finally Think before Join.. Prevention is better than cure..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is not decent, career growth is also slow. Induction was not there when I joined to the company.

One of the nightmare companies in FMCG sector. They give all false promises. Never ever expect work life balance, salary appraisal, career growth and job security. Only thing you can expect is politics. I beg you not to join Maiyas.

...lives of the employees can be ruined. Company hasn't paid TADA since six months. I still need to get the salary for 4 months. Most of the employees who are currently working there are struck as they haven't paid the salaries for months and they will not pay if you resign and some of them are aged. As far as I know I haven't seen a full and final settlement of a employee since years. This company is a WHITE LIE.
