They frequently discuss potential improvements or salary increases for the following month, but these promises are nothing more than empty, insulting rhetoric. The salary is laughably low, often delayed, and sometimes they even issue checks that bounce. To add to the frustration, they have the audacity to reduce pay without notice or valid reason, as if they take pleasure in undermining their own employees. The leave policy is equally disappointing. They claim to offer 22 days off annually, but in reality, taking a single day off is nearly impossible. If you need time off for bereavement or illness, you will face significant challenges – simply asking can result in a deduction from your pay. Their requirement of a four-day notice for any leave is another means of exerting control, with even minor infractions leading to severe penalties. For instance, being one minute late can cost you half a day's salary, while they force you to work until 9 PM if there is extra work. The hypocrisy is staggering, and the treatment of employees is unacceptable. In summary, this company is a complete sham built on deceit, empty promises, and ruthless exploitation. If you value your time, money, and dignity, it would be wise to avoid this employer at all costs.

I don't think I like anything in a firm with full of politics. Owner was controlled by the senior HR. Mr. Gaurav sir is very kind but in the end if you have great vision but you don't have right surrounding, its will always remain in complete.
