Accenture was client company, it was overall good. Maintec has maintained its image- on time salary, always answering the calls if any doubts, but the convertion on client payroll was really a pain. So had to leave the firm. Overall good stability learning may be less depends on client but as a third party payroll firm Good service.

... don't know how to manage the team,, Don't know to schedule the work properly... No proper salary... You can't learn anything here..i will not suggest you to join in Rahul's team

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

they provide the conditional offer letter for BMC software and when i left my current organization they told me that the project is not coming no onboarding will happen they hired 13 team batch for BMC software but no one is working with BMC right now
