Salary comes on last day of the current month 100%. Even expenses( Tours etc ) will be received by 21st of the month. Always a helping hand is there. New new innovations attracts more customer. Company is doing better day by day.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

...'t join here better you will remain begger or your life will be smashed by them. No appraisal, no bonus even no thanks given for your good job. Even they will steal your good work and publish it as his good work. The management team is so bad that I could not explain. ONLY ONE WORD TO THEM WHO THINK TO JOIN - ONLY NO NO NO

It is a good organization. Teammates are helpful. Salary appraisal is good. Work environment is suitable. Job security is no issue. Different knowledge can be developed if we keep learning with patience.

...ed during working on some critical faults. This consumes time and also energy. Compensation is issue for people living in metropolitan and big cities especially living far from home town.

The management and the working culture is so terrible the every tine you will think about your wrong decision to join here. The are not even interested to listen the actual scenario of the present market. Always they pressurise their employees rather the improvement of the quality of the product. Even they have no working hours. Employees have to work beside the time schedule.
