I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Likes

Easy interaction with Top management. Good exposure to Global market - Maini's presence in Global arena is huge.

Dislikes

No proper compensation for middle management and junior level. Employees performance is not captured properly and not properly remunerated. No training and up-skilling.

Working area is good, Learn new settings of machines.

Dislikes

Heavy workload, 5 machine one operator running, Not increment on time, Heavy deduction from CTC, No respect for experience operator treat like fresher, No work safty, In case order low remove operator without any information, No cab facility.

If you are good learner you have full freedom to go learn on your own interest. There they using CATIA/NX/Solidworks/AutoCAD you can learn all these software after you office time by you own. You can learn process/Methods/fixture designing and NC programming by getting hlp from ur colleague. Max you can work for 1.5yrs if you have interest to learn and develop you.
