I like nothing in this organization the work environment is completely hectic and terrible the management system is very poor and the manager does not know how to behave with their female employees and you can't get any kind of opportunities to learn new skills not even secure job

No work life balance just in one department. No rules for the employees of that particular department. No Saturday offs for the people of that particular department. Pathetic HOD.

Senior management is pathetic, they behave like the are the owner of the company, No work life balance and zero job security. SCM HOD is very pathetic and should removed from the company to maintain the good company culture.

No body values individuals' work which is why I have to take back my thoughts for improvising any existing protocols and no time for professional growth not even got a chance to grow professionally .... specially HR treated as an alien and mistreated by vintage group and existing old employees spreaded bad word of mouth amongst others too for HR specially and highly non professional culture found in my entire career life..rest hoping for the best for MV and for myself...
