I like nothing in this organization the work environment is completely hectic and terrible the management system is very poor and the manager does not know how to behave with their female employees and you can't get any kind of opportunities to learn new skills not even secure job

No work life balance just in one department. No rules for the employees of that particular department. No Saturday offs for the people of that particular department. Pathetic HOD.

Senior management is pathetic, they behave like the are the owner of the company, No work life balance and zero job security. SCM HOD is very pathetic and should removed from the company to maintain the good company culture.

High level politics in senior and toxic behaviour in all senior and partiality for all department. Managers and senior need female employees and always support female and disrespectful behaviour and work balance for male employees
