The best part is u never feel it as a office u feel it as your own work such a culture exists there management gives u a free hand and allows you to implement ur views and practices so cooperative HR department which found rarely very supportive and ready to answer ur queries anytime the most important thing is the top management which allows you to grow professionally strong

Nothing, I like the way they lure employees into the company saying fake / false information about it being a great place to work

Nepotism, vendor or contractor working in project will be related to director or owner and they will not do work as per industry standards and do wrong works on projects and if you try to correct them then they complaint to Director. In return for your efforts the director will make sure he will make ur life miserable in the next month's. Most of the core employees are related or know each other from many years and are present in all teams. Each team they will ensure all credit goes to them and no one else can grow. HR and policy are not applicable, you will be scolded with all the F language in genral meeting on site by Direct and CEO. Get used being humiliated even if u do your work, just because they don't like because some core old employees would have spoken bad about you. There is so much humiliation to all new employee by old stagnant employees..
