The company culture is familie. I love to work in this organization , because this organization provides lot of trainings for their employees for skill enhancement. Also in this company it is joint venture of ANAND group. In this company many events held for the employee benefits , company benefits and also to make company environment familie.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. For initial startup this company is good but for more years this company has no growth future

Employee satisfaction can be improved through strength of HR team No personal conect of HR team with plant employees. ( It not dislike it can be improved)

Pay and benefits are very poor for internal members. Whenever they recruit from outside, pay benefits are too much as compared to regular employee

Culture of the company is very good, Job security is excellent. Overall organisation is good

For the salary and promotion point of view organisation is not good. Promotion is not easy, salary hike is very poor. Don't look for long run.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
