Pay and benefits are very poor for internal members. Whenever they recruit from outside, pay benefits are too much as compared to regular employee

Employee satisfaction can be improved through strength of HR team No personal conect of HR team with plant employees. ( It not dislike it can be improved)

Culture of the company is very good, Job security is excellent. Overall organisation is good

For the salary and promotion point of view organisation is not good. Promotion is not easy, salary hike is very poor. Don't look for long run.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Big brand to work with. The Salary and benefits are good as decided by the foreign management of the company.

Dislikes

Appraisal is too biased and linear. Bureaucratic method of working is preferred by some and not dynamic. Value of performance is low and order follow-up is high.
