This is excellent organisation. Well structured group. In my team I feel this one is the best team. Manager is too good not do mirco management of task just weekly review and take feedback about work if deadline need to change.

As everyone salary may be the one area organisation can work. But otherwise there is nothing to dislikes the organisation.

...ty its not. They do not know what they are doing. Future at MAHLE is very dark. If someone want to just kill their time and earn monthly salary its good company. When it comes to MAHLE ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or MAHLE HOLDING. This is even worse. HR and Leadership never connect at below. They make strategies. However leaders should understand that before making strategy they should know their team first. You will find high paid employees watching netflix all the time. In simple words. They treat employees with. NO RESPECT. NO PAY. Cheating. HR

Do not have to take extra pressure of your work. Very helpful colleagues

After 6 months you'll not able to see what is your future in this company. No growth, no satisfaction of your work, NO bonus, Nothing there.

Can find a good work life balance here. Work culture is also good. Team mates are supportive. If you are coming from outside, you will get a nice hike as well. Job security wise also its good.
