Overall experience is good. Training & Education is okay. Salary is on time and minimum general salary increase is done every year.Basically German based group. TPM implementation.

Recognition and Appraisal system is not up to mark.HR department is very weak in Pithampur. Not too much activites for motivation. Amminties and facilities are negligible. Just free transportation and Partial food contribution is provided.

Working atmosphere is good. Colleagues are supportive. Good job security.

The only good thing is job security.

No work culture as per MNC rule. Very less compensation and increments. No difference between an Engineer and Diploma holder . 7 day working system in production. Worker's Union is very powerful. Use of abusive language is very common on shop floor.

It's very good company iam learn lots of Technic for maintenance with mahle support so we want to thank mahle and mahle team

Old thinking and not adopting new technique for improving the maintenance startagy and working style he is believe in hard working not in smart working this only one thing I dislike and this only one reason to leave mahle otherwise mahle is no 1in Pithampur

Mahle had a reputation few years back but from last one year everything has changed.

No job security now a days Overloaded workplace Staff are treated as goats and workers are king as they are in union.
