I am working since 15 years under contractual role. Work life balance is ok. Depends upon superiors WFH given if an emergency time. Company Culture is good. Supporting team also. Even though we are working under 3rd party level, management treats equal together. If you work in this company, if you go out, you will get guts that you can do any tough work.

There is no promotion will give for Contract employees entire all India level. Salary package also very less for 3 rd party employees.

Company is working on latest technologies and projects. I am glad to be working with the company for 2 years. Always conducting training for DET.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work is not as per branch.

I learn soo much work about electric knowledge.everyday I learn new thing.but our career and salary not growth.

As like me our not growth salary and our career.why company shift one to another place.today job problem must increases.please anything do for trainee people.

Where the salary is very less especially for the people with diploma and where you do not judge on the basis of your skill or talent, there the one who makes his senior more happy is more than that.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
