We can learn a lot in Business Excellence department in which I am working. Job security is there as long as you are a good performer. on wednesday 7 pm, lights will be off. We need to vacate office to do personal work.

Salary hike is very poor. i got only 5.6% in 1st year and 2.97% in 2nd year after working very hard. Also hike is got in August which is too late. If we leave in mid of the year, we will not get our annual incentive. Top Management does lot of politics in this.

Full of politics vendors and management Staff suffers for work pressure no one takes action on vendors due to they received commission from vendors

Management this is not for all higher officials some people need they need to pay car emi free then getting good salary but they need side income

When I start, i was provided training period 2 month which help me to get familiar with working. Also top management is very good and do care about the employees. Flexible work time is additional benefit.

No job security anytime anyone ask to leave , high level politics most of seniors from Telecom background they always out others down , only few people who is closed to his family get shown rest are not an use for them . They will not aware about ground reality high level expectation , what ever you do that would be nothing for them, you have to assume Everytime fear of firing .

Nothing to like worse company I had seen ever. Job location is not fixed and not having job security.

Working hour not fixed. No hike in salary. Senior don't have respect for the junior employees. No job security. Relocation after every 6 month. Worse condition as every one have to work under pressure in RIVIGO.
