Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, thre is job traning for freshers, hence senior folks like me guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.

...e are supportive they help to learn the work there . But no growth no appraisal. No hike in Salary no bonus even no sweet on diwali. It was my terrible experience there. Even decision related to business is pathetic. Office politics is there only some of them getting chance to grow.

...ices are as high as ₹17-₹20/kg on regular lanes, higher than the PTL prices. 50% Salary deductions was observed, Ops and Sales are getting fired. Company is cutting down its employees in our desperate times. With the Ops compromised, we are asked to align services with no power in hand.
