Dirty politics, senior doesn't know their work, just blame junior to sustain. They don't have future plan, and neither they have ethics as they highly told. Even Lala companies have better ethics than MLDL

Toxic work culture, dominating and controlling managers, back stabbers(specially Pune Team) Even the HR team is supportive while hiring but while relieving each and every person mentally just checks your patience. They don’t follow the given commitments.

The company has a work culture wherein you can develop yourself along with the project. Best thing about working in MLDL is the work life balance and your efforts are recognised by the management.
