Salary is not good. Incentives are very very less. They don't care about 3rd part payroll employes. Not that much interaction with MnM.

There is no PF and ESI facility for wh are working in contract and also less salary they are paying And even though pay slip also are not providing from past two years.......There is no job security. If they don't want , they will remove from the job . Management will not take care about contract workers and too much partiality is there while any celebrations....

Compensation is decent, but personal growth is slow. No clarity on work, no proper guidance. No managers are capable of guiding. Everyday work will change. Who will work get to see the bottom and struggles. No proper promotions rather brings somebody on top with lower experience also. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

1. No matter how hard you work, manager will never appreciate you. 2. Appraisal will be based on how you licked your managers boots, not based on your work. 3. Companies, Annual appraisal form will be just a formalities, the % hike you will get it’s totally depends on HOD, not the work you have done with respect to your goals. 4. Your work credit will go to the manager/HOD’s favourite employee. 5. Office is full of politics. 6. No proper planning. 7. Health policy doesn’t cover parents. 8. Even if you discuss with HR, they will hear you but no action will be taken by them. At the end things will be as it is as it was earlier. 9. Office food is worst than you hostel/pg food.
