Flexible working hours, Salary on time.

Dislikes

Lots of stress in marketing, Marketing doing job as sales person. No leadership support. No work life balance. Issues in full and final settlements. Marketing Manager had to put his money on Marketing activities. Reimbursement policy is poor. Marketing Budget policy poor.

So much Mis- Management in company. seniors & juniors grade are just numbering . Juniors salary are higher than there managers. Manager at 6 grade. Juniors at 6A grade. Difference of salary is almost 10%.

There is a lot of politics and the management Doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.
