I am working (Maharashtra) in this company from last 2 years, i observed following points:
1. There are no leaders in this organization, there are only BOSSes.
2. No future for new joinings.
3.Manager doesn't support front line employees. They will say, do it yourself, Boss nature.
4. Manager doesn't do dealer visit, doesn't call dealers, only will ask for sale.
5. Manager doesn't take any responsibility.
6. Management doesn't have any strategy for sales growth, they doesn't listen to you, they will only ask sale figure.
7. They will transfer you anywhere anytime without giving any idea to employee.
8. You can't speak to HR about the politics at ground, if you try to do, you will be transferred by zonal head far away where you can't go.
9. No value to officer level employee.
10. HR listen to Manager only even if manager is wrong. HR is only for formality purpose. HR doesn't know which employee is working where.
11. No product development, no product improvement, no innovative management team.
12. Only sales officer will be responsible for low sale. Manager will not support you for order. Manager will not visit to final the dealership. Zonal head, State head will listen to Manager only.
13. Lobby work culture in Maharashtra Area Sales Manager.
14. Company does not have any vision to increase the sales, market share.
15. No return on investment in the Shares of this company.
16. No fix HQ, your HQ can be change without giving prior notice.

Only the mahindra brand nothing as they don't behave or work accordingly to mahindra policies Mahindra and Mahindra should look into this as many people in Mahindra EPC thinks they own the company
Mangers don't give promotion on how you work they give promotion how much your buttering you do .
They threatened you with your job they abuse you they discourage you
Good brand name, Excellent quality products, Liberal.
Dislikes
Poor management, Poor communication with team, No performance incentive scheme, No motivation to team, Some Bosses likes flattery peoples, No practical approach. No team development.
