Good medical policies.

Dislikes

Poor top management. Corporate politics No leaders to guide juniors. They ask you to join on FTC ( Fixed Term Contract) on Mahindras pay role which is a trap. Don’t fall prey to it. Later on they make you struggle to get on-roll. And if you have a sting reference then they will directly take you on roll. 1 year fixed term contract is extended for 3-4 years. Be cautious.

...and itself 2 month traning have in this organzation but job security little bit. in my experience career growth is average salary is constact till now. learning lots work environment is very good like work with team mates veri supportive and treating like as family and work come first rull.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

1) Most of the employees has nothing to work.

Dislikes

Mahindra defence is only focused on their business not on employees growth and their values in organisation. The appraisal policy is very poor. They only provide appraisal to those who are licking to boss or either they are relative to the company. 1) Company Not interested in Employees Certification and growth. 2) Management don't take interest in Employees office in and out time. 3) Company does not having outing policy. 4) There is not time period for giving promotion. No matter how many years you work for the company.
