Not good salary. And not pey time to time. And not job security.

Good work environment and culture. Team Leaders Are Supportive and the management is transparent . Company policy is good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary not decent and carrer growth is very slow. I worked on 3 years . There is a bond of 2 years and 6 months before which cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees and opportunities

Freedom to take decision and support from managers for those decisions is the best thing available at organisation. Also no attendance punching policy is best, as it shows trust on employees.

Dislikes

No career growth. Poor compensation parity and policy both. No work life balance.

Working in new projects and meeting new people and sharing the good practices.

Dislikes

No proper training,no career growth,no salary hike,false commitments from managers during appraisal reviews,no travel allowances,bad politics and no work-life balancing
