I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Salary: Some say that the salary is low compared to the job description Growth: Some say that there is slow growth for existing employees Work-life balance: Some say that the work-life balance is unstable Management: Some say that there is too much hierarchical management

Good work envitonment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Bad experience due to internal politics with senior. Where senior are unable to allocate work task as well as compensation. After resignation of mine boss are not able to gain promotion

Take care of complain and update the regulation. 3 Make to available all site data for billing .4 planing for servicing, complain & billing .5 managed warranty data for ASSETS like DG . 4 perform the quotation according to the customer requirement. perform the billing documentation and end for completed.

Salary did not increment on every time.
