Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies and good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every Year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow

Mahindra and mahindra is a great company and there people also good. They give salary on time and very much helpfull for other people.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.
