...n everything, there will be No support from management to help you with numbers. Salary growth is very bad. Lowest in industry. Promotions are very rare if you are just a hard and smart worker. For promotions one must be andh bhakt of bosses.

1) Approachable Senior Management 2) Learning Opportunity is very vast. 3) Decision making Power even for lower Grades of Employee 4) HIgh level of Ownership at work & freedom to do work. 5) Rewards & Recognition for work & close monitoring of the same for keeping the employees encouraged & motivated

Dislikes

1) Salary Hikes & Promotions are slow. 2) Multiple tasks & roles are assigned to single person at a time which tends the individual to stretch them to meet the deadlines.

- Salary, bonus comes on time - Gifts, Annual conference is good - Freedom to work is there

Dislikes

- Old and outdated manpower - Culture is 20x12 days of work travel on bolero - No clear defined roles and responsibility. Seniors take advantage of juniors

People are really supportive. Work available in mahindra is really of high caliber where we get to learn a lot.

Dislikes

Increments are really poor. People who work from there career start did not get enough salary at the end of 5 6 years compared to market
