For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Dislikes

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.

Farm Division canteen food was very good, which they have stop providing now , Many things to learn while working , supporting seniors

Dislikes

Partiality between permanent and contract employees, low salary hike for contract employees, lot of politics

All the above parameters are terribly rates because company has no focus on improving them. What ever they do, it is done for the eyewash not for the benefit of the employee. Employees are pressurised to give good rating in "BEST PLACE TO WORK" surveys.

...aisal is given to the employee in the month of August. That too with no arrears. Means employees get the same old salary for first 4 months of next financial year. Pathetic policy. S

I tried very hard to recall atleast one good thing about this company, but in vain

1. Lower pay than industry 2. Lesser paid leaves than industry 3. 5 days working only on paper and to fool new joiners 4. Poor work life balance, we are expected to be working all days 24*7 5. Asking for leave is a crime 6. No perquisites 7. Pathetic canteen and food is worse 8. Biased appraisal 9. Promotions are given only to those who can slogg 24*7 10. Automotive and farm Businesses are led by bunch of arrogant people who believe that the only way to make profit is by reducing costs(salaries) as they can't expand business due to lack of business acumen and competencies. 11. No career growth.
