There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Suddenly makes the work load too much and this is the reason that people leave the company early, here only the people with high salary are given the company. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issue and salary decent but career growth ke slow there is bond of two years before you cannot resign

Learning in skill development and management of time and also working in Mahindra definitely taught you lots of patience 💕

...timings and week offs. employees issues doesn’t addressed by the management . Not a decent salary also no growth in career and salaries as well. Always give preference to the employees which has joined from references. And have solid backup reference.

... No appraisal yet, no compensation, no job security as it was one year contract. Work environment is good, salary is good,Lot of learning.

Dislikes

At personal level if I talk, have got no support, no appraisal (which is must for motivation), no monitoring. Very tough to survive for women due to less support.
